1 Definitions and General Terms

The following selling terms (from now on “General Terms”) related to each tour (from now on “Products”) selled on the website www.bikethecity.it (from now on “Website”) regulate all the purchasing contracts (from now on “Purchases”) between the buyer (from now on “Customer”) and the seller Brandled SRL P.IVA IT09695720962, Via Morgantini 14 – 20148 Milano (from now on “Bike The City”).
All the regulations of Section II for remote contracts of Decree Law 6 September 2005 n. 206 as modified by the D. lgs. 21/2014 and s.m.i. (from now on “Consumer Code”) are applied to all the Purchases.
The order sent from the Customer on the Website to Bike The City constitutes the acceptance of the General Terms.
No order can be sent without the Customer previous approval of the General Terms by selecting the specific box.

2 Products and Legal Guarantee Compliance

For each Tour the Customer finds: description, duration, and all the main features in compliance with the Law.
The Tour offer is valid only upon availability; Bike The City will do its best to always guarantee availability; Bike The City will be by no means responsible for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more Tours.
On the Website specific limitations (like maximum quantity) are highlighted upon purchasing the tickets for the Tour.

3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hour in advance of the Tour day.

4 Payments

Method of payments accepted on the Website are PAYPAL and Credit Card.

Private Information Security: For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, (PayPal), keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.

5 Customer data

3rd Party Disclosure: Customer information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

6 Competent Court

Every potential and future litigation deriving from the present agreement, or linked to the same, is under the jurisdiction of the Courthouse of Milano.
